Economic Diversification Drive(EDD) Certificates

Instructions

  1. Copy of most recent financial statements (balance sheet and income statement). New enterprises are allowed to submit projected financial statements provided the enterprise has been in operation for less than a year.
  2. Certified copy of current valid relevant license or registration certificate from the issuing authority (for industrial/manufacturing/trade license/registration certificate, attach a copy of the annual fee payment receipt). For unregulated activities, attach a printout of PPABD codes.
  3. Copy of registration certificate and/or incorporation certificate issued by Companies and Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA);
  4. Copy of valid tax clearance certificate and/or VAT registration;
  5. Affidavit (Click here to download affidavit format) confirming that the company is operational, when it started operating, its location of operation and the products/services currently produced;
  6. EDD application fee is P50.00 which is non-refundable.
  7. EDD Certificate fee is P500.00.
  8. The EDD certificate will be issued after the approval process and payment of the certificate fee of P500.00.
