Economic Diversification Drive(EDD) Certificates
Instructions
- Copy of most recent financial statements (balance sheet and income statement). New enterprises are allowed to submit projected financial statements provided the enterprise has been in operation for less than a year.
- Certified copy of current valid relevant license or registration certificate from the issuing authority (for industrial/manufacturing/trade license/registration certificate, attach a copy of the annual fee payment receipt). For unregulated activities, attach a printout of PPABD codes.
- Copy of registration certificate and/or incorporation certificate issued by Companies and Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA);
- Copy of valid tax clearance certificate and/or VAT registration;
- Affidavit (Click here to download affidavit format) confirming that the company is operational, when it started operating, its location of operation and the products/services currently produced;
- EDD application fee is P50.00 which is non-refundable.
- EDD Certificate fee is P500.00.
- The EDD certificate will be issued after the approval process and payment of the certificate fee of P500.00.
